Bookworms Daycare
About Us

A nursery built on warmth, trust and tiny, magical moments.

Bookworms Daycare opened with one belief: every child deserves a space that feels like a second home — safe, loved and gently challenged.

Our story

Founded by a team of early years specialists, Bookworms grew from a simple wish — to build the kind of nursery we’d want for our own children. A place where staff truly know each child, where days are filled with stories and discovery, and where parents feel completely at ease.

Today we welcome families from across the local community, offering care that blends the best of the EYFS framework with the warmth of a real family environment.

Our Mission

To provide a safe, nurturing and educational environment where every child can flourish.

Our Values

What guides us every day.

Safety first

Rigorous safeguarding, secure premises and strict ratios.

Respect & kindness

Every child is heard, valued and celebrated for who they are.

Learning through play

Curiosity-led activities that grow confident, capable little learners.

Our Team

Meet the people caring for your child.

All staff are DBS-checked, paediatric first-aid trained and hold relevant early years qualifications.
